Nowadays Gajewski's move 10...d5 is no longer such a great surprise as it was five years ago when it cropped up in practice for the first time. But nevertheless it can still put an opponent slightly off his stride, since instead of a long manoeuvring game Black gets right down to business. The critical variation is analysed to enormous depth and is examined even further than well-known theory by the German grandmaster. With precise play White can work up a slight advantage, but in practice Black's chances should not be under-estimated.
