Solid and safe against the wild Indians: Play the Fianchetto

La India de Rey y la Grunfeld son aperturas notoriamente complicadas y teóricas. La variante del fiancheto evita las líneas principales con las que los jugadores de negras disfrutan y persigue una pequeña pero segura ventaja.

Mucha gente teme jugar contra la India de Rey por la capacidad de las negras de atacar al rey blanco, pero en la variante del fiancheto es muy complicado que las negras generen opciones de ataque y la partida a menudo adquiere un carácter posicional en el que las blancas tienen un poco más de espacio para sus piezas.

La Grunfeld es conocida por sus largas secuencias forzadas, que a menudo conducen a tablas, pero la variante del fiancheto evita todas esas líneas y ofrece una posición jugable, mientras casi todas las piezas siguen en el tablero.

En este DVD he recorrido un largo trecho para encontrar las mejores variantes para que las blancas logren ventaja ante las diversas respuestas de las negras. He jugado la variante del fiancheto desde hace más de 20 años y hasta el momento de grabar este DVD sigo inbatido con blancas. Seguro que esta racha se terminará ahora que lo he mencionado, pero no en poco se debe a tener un repertorio con el que las blancas pueden ir en po de la victoria, con cierta cantidad de margen para las tablas en la mano si las cosas empiezan a ponerse feas. Me he concentrado tanto en la teoría como en las ideas. Espero que aprendan mucho al ver este DVD, que le facilitará un repertorio a largo plazo para jugar tanto contra la India de Rey, como contra la Grunfeld. No necesita una tonelada de teoría, aunque no obstante ofrece opciones reales de conseguir ventaja en la apertura.
