Magic of Chess Tactics 2

Ähnlich der ersten MOCT-DVD geht es um taktischen Zündstoff. In lebhaften Eröffnungs-, Mittelspiel- und Endspieldiskussionen hat der Bremer Schachtrainer und Analytiker FM Claus Dieter Meyer einen reichhaltigen Fundus aktueller wie zeitloser Partien/Fragmente, vor allem aus der Bundesliga, unter die Lupe genommen, viele Motive/Themen herausgefiltert und dabei Angriffstechniken wie Transformationen in den Fokus gerückt. Auf der anliegenden, großen Datenbank befinden sich sämtliche Analysen inklusive ca. 400 Trainingsfragen sowie einige Photos, teilweise von den untersuchten Begegnungen vor Ort gemacht. Der Hamburger Großmeister Dr. Karsten Müller hat Eckpunkte von Meyers Arbeit auf Video erläutert und 14 Tests plus 10 interaktive Testsätze, ergänzt durch eigene Beispiele, erstellt. Auf diese Weise können Angriffstechniken (etwa bei materiellen/ positionellen Ungleichgewichten) wie Transformationen (besonders der richtige/ falsche Abtausch) erst auf Video studiert und direkt danach anhand konkreter Aufgaben vertiefend eingeübt werden.
