The surprising Sicilian - Shock your opponent with an early ...Qb6

Les Échecs sont parvenus à un niveau où on doit être préparé à affronter, mais aussi à jouer n'importe quel type de Variantes. En effet, en se préparant contre un adversaire, on cherchera à le surprendre par une ouverture contre laquelle il n'a pas été souvent confronté. Connaître des Variantes dynamiques mais peu utilisées peut apporter de nombreux points à n'importe quel joueur imaginatif et entreprenant. La Variante Kveinys (1.e4 c5 2.♘f3 e6 3.d4 cxd4 4.♘xd4 ♛b6!) n'est pas très jouée, malgré le fait qu'elle offre aux Noirs d'excellentes chances. Le dernier DVD d' Andrew Martin se concentre sur les idées de ce système.

La Variante Kveinys est une arme surprise qu'ont utilisé avec bonheur des joueurs du calibre de Svidler, Judith Polgar ou, évidemment, Kveinys. Les joueurs de club qui ne disposent pas de beaucoup de temps pour leur préparation peuvent poser des problèmes à leurs adversaires dès le 4e coup, les contraignants d'entrée à trouver des coups précis. C'est la bonne manière de jouer pour le gain! Sans doute cette Variante deviendra populaire dans le futur. Elle n'est pas destinée à garder le statut des sous-Variantes rarement jouées. Mais en attendant, profitez-en pour surprendre vos adversaires et devenir un spécialiste de cette Variante prometteuse!
