Pieces, Pawns and Squares

On démontre qu'on est un expert des Échecs lorsqu'on sait manœuvrer avec ses propres pièces pour leur conférer leur puissance maximale à l'intérieur du plan qu'on s'est forgé. Savoir placer correctement ses pièces est une science encore plus exigeante que l'art de jouer avec ses ♙♙. Il y a bien sûr des croisements entre les deux domaines, par exemple lorsqu'il s'agit de contrôler une case. Se pose alors la question de comment profiter de ce contrôle. Comment utiliser l'avantage qu'il confère?

C'est cela, parmi de nombreuses autres thèmes, que vous allez découvrir dans ce nouveau DVD de l'entraîneur de haut niveau, Adrian Mikhalchishin. Vous apprendrez aussi comment transférer vos pièces d'un côté de l'échiquier à l'autre en coordonnant différents motifs d'attaque. Et vous verrez comment créer des faiblesses dans le camp adverse, coordonner vos pièces, révéler la force insoupçonnée de vos ♙♙, etc.
