Die Französische Verteidigung ist eine Eröffnung mit ausgeprägtem strategischem Charakter, aber sie bietet auch einiges an taktischen Möglichkeiten für beide Seiten. Dieser Videokurs ist als taktischer Leitfaden für Schwarz gedacht und zeigt die typischen Kombinationen für Strukturen in der Französischen Verteidigung. Der Anwender ist auch eingeladen, von Weiß gelieferte Kombinationen zu finden, um sich der möglichen Gefahren bewusst zu werden. Für praktisch alle Arten von weißen Kombinationen bietet der Videokurs symmetrische Äquivalente für Schwarz, testet aber auch, wie Schwarz der weißen Aggression widerstehen kann.
