Das Londoner System - Staunen! Spielen! Siegen!

Das Londoner System (1.d4 gefolgt von 2.Lf4) ist bei Vereinsspielern schon immer beliebt gewesen. Aber als Magnus Carlsen vor drei Jahren bei der Blitz-WM erstmals zu 2.Lf4 griff, avancierte das Londoner System zu einer der Trenderöffnungen unserer Zeit. Und obwohl sich die Theorie seitdem deutlich weiterentwickelt hat, lassen sich damit auch heute noch traumhafte Erfolge erzielen.

Elisabeth Pähtz: „Dank des Londoner Systems habe ich mir in diesem Jahr einen meiner größten Träume erfüllen können: ich bin Schnellschacheuropameisterin geworden. Bei den Meisterschaften erreichte ich mit meinen Partien im Londoner System eine Ausbeute von über 90 Prozent. Seit 2 Jahren beschäftige ich mich intensiv mit dieser Eröffnung, suche nach Neuerungen und Verbesserungen. Die Ergebnisse habe ich in meiner DVD verarbeitet. Dem Zuhörer möchte ich hauptsächlich zu einem besseren Verständnis der Londoner Strukturen verhelfen, damit selbst bei vergessenen Theoriezügen Eröffnungskatastrophen vermieden werden können.“ Die DVD hält für Sie auch persönliche Neuerungen der Europameisterin bereit, die den Gegner durch taktische Komplikationen oder Tricks bei der Zugfolge das Leben schwer machen.
