The threshold for inclusion in the database was a high one – an average of just 2500 Elo points – but in addition to that games played by specialists in the Queen’s Gambit Accepted have been used. Magnus Carlsen is represented in the database by 91 games, a total mixture of Whites and Blacks. On the other hand, Maxime Vachier-Lagrave (78 games) has recently been playing the opening frequently with Black. But you should also study the games of the great specialists: Hrvoje Stevic has the greatest number of games (171), Sergei Rublevsky (148) is probably the most famous proponent of the Queen’s Gambit Accepted.

The database shows the games list. With a double click on a game, the game is loaded. By clicking on the tab Players you can sort the list by frequency. By doing this you can examine the games of Stevic, Rublevsky or Caruana further who have played the opening a lot.

Games can be replayed and examined with an engine or likewise with a powerbook.
