Norbert Sommerbauer
born in 1969, has for many years been one of the strongest Austrian players and has represented his country in two chess Olympiads. His knowledge of the Paulsen System and his treasury of experience with the same opening were employed by the Viennese player when producing his ChessBase CD on that very subject.
