The Amazing Albin Counter-Gambit

Le Contre-Gambit Albin (1.d4 d5 2.c4 e5!?) est encore toujours très apprécié, aussi bien par les amateurs que par les GMs. Au milieu des années 2000, ce système particulièrement agressif, par lequel les Noirs essaient dès les tout premiers coups de déstabiliser la position Blanche, a connu une nouvelle jeunesse, grâce notamment à Morozevich qui y a apporté nombre d'idées nouvelles et remporté de nombreuses victoires. Le MI Lawrence Trent teste ici les différentes stratégies que les Blancs ont adoptées contre les innovations de Morozevich. Il en tire le bilan suivant: non seulement la stratégie des Noirs est saine, mais c'est en plus aux Blancs de rester prudents pour ne pas être plus mal au sortir de l'Ouverture. Dans ce DVD, Trent propose aussi une série de nouveautés dangereuses qui font du Contre-Gambit Albin une arme de choix contre 1.d4!
