Ján Markoš
Ján Markoš, nacido en 1985 en Banská Bystrica,
es un gran maestro eslovaco, entrenador y autor.
En 2000 fue campeón de Europa sub-16 y ganó el primero de sus tres títulos de campeón de Eslovaquia.
Posee el título de gran maestro desde 2007.
Su libro «Under the Surface» fue elegido libro del año 2018 por la English Chess Federation.
Junto con David Navara también escribió «The Secret Ingredient: How to Live and Learn from Chess»,
galardonado con el premio Averbakh-Boleslavsky de la FIDE.
