Dans ce DVD, la MI Nisha Mohota propose un cours d'Échecs complet, couvrant aussi bien la tactique que la stratégie, les techniques d'attaque et de défense, en passant par la psychologie. Ces thèmes sont abordés tout au long des 6 heures d'entraînement vidéo. Deux aspects du jeu tiennent particulièrement au cœur de la jeune Indienne: le premier est la technique de la prise de décision et, en particulier, comment la considération de la structure de pions aide à la correction de la décision.
