Roeland Pruijssers
Roeland Pruijssers, nacido en 1989 en Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht,
es un gran maestro neerlandés, entrenador y autor.
Empezó a jugar al ajedrez en un club con solo cinco años.
Obtuvo el título de maestro internacional en 2007 y el de gran maestro en 2012.
Alcanzó su Elo máximo de 2572 en abril de 2022.
Entre sus éxitos figuran tres victorias en el Leiden Chess Tournament, en 2008, 2016 y 2018,
y el primer puesto compartido en el Open de Mumbai de 2018.
En el Campeonato de los Países Bajos de 2021 terminó segundo.
Además de competir activamente, Pruijssers trabaja desde hace muchos años como entrenador y publica cursos,
entre otros en colaboración con Nico Zwirs.
